Migima, LLC is a criminal justice consulting firm founded in 1980, specializing in designing and evaluating programs related to the criminal justice system, gender, and sexual violence. Migima primarily contracts with government agencies throughout the United States and overseas to design and conduct educational programs, trainings, curriculum, needs assessments, and research/evaluation studies.

Migima has worked with the National Institute of Corrections, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, US Department of Justice, US Attorney General, American University, International Association of Chiefs of Police, Just Detention International and numerous other groups.

Marcia K. Morgan, CEO

Marcia K. Morgan, Ph.D., is the CEO of Migima, LLC and is a widely-published author of books and journal articles, translated into multiple languages. She is a national and international researcher and speaker on gender and criminal justice practices and has appeared on numerous television, radio, and podcast programs.

Morgan and a colleague developed the ground-breaking anatomically-correct dolls now used worldwide to interview victims of child sexual abuse. She initially made her mark heading up one of the first all-female law enforcement rape investigations programs in the US. As the CEO of Migima, Marcia oversees an innovate firm that provides high-energy consulting services in criminal justice and social issues.
